Reset your Master Password using biometric recovery on iOS Then if you enter the wrong password or fail to authenticate when logging in, Dashlane offers you the option to reset your Master Password with biometrics. In Security Settings in the Dashlane app, we've changed the name of a setting from "Master Password reset" to "Biometric recovery." If you've set up Dashlane on your iOS mobile device to unlock your account with biometrics like your fingerprint, you can also turn on Biometric recovery.
